摘 要: 推行公开选拔高校领导干部制度,是深化高校干部人事制度改革的一项重要措施,促进了高校领导班子的发展。然而,其中也存在一些不足之处,尤其是竞试选拔的第一关——笔试的做法,值得深入探讨。笔者以高校领导干部选拔中举办大规模笔试为切入点,系统分析了其中的弊端,并且有针对性地提出了一些可行性建议及操作性很强的改进步骤。 The system of choosing university leaders publicly is an important measure in personnel reform, which promotes the development of university leadership. However, some problems should be considered, such as the written test to start with. The author points out its shortcomings to run this large scale written test and offers some suggestions for its improvement.
