摘 要: 维持乳化体系的稳定性,是奥里油成功应用的关键技术。介绍了Orinoco沥青的资源、特性及其乳化成奥里油后的性质和特点,根据400号奥里油的物理特性,分析了温度、剪切速率与压降、混油及细小固体物、雾化方式等对其储运、特别是雾化燃烧过程中保持乳化稳定态的影响,归纳出储运常见事故发生的热力条件和事故形成的特点,并指出了在储运中须注意的几个技术问题。 How to keep the stability of emulsification system is a key technology during Orimulsion application. The sources distribution and properties of Orinoco bitumen are introduced, and the characteristics of its emulsible oil (Orimulsion) is also presented. Based on the physical property of Orimulsion-400, the article analyzes how several parameters, such as temperature, shear and pressure drop, oil pollution and solid particle, and atomization method, affect Orimulsion stability during its storage and transport, and the process of atomizing combustion in particular. Further more, this paper also sums up the thermal conditions and forming characteristics of the routine accidents in Orimulsion storage and transport, and several technical issues needed to be given attention are also presented.
