单宁酸溶液对低温胁迫下紫花苜蓿膜透性的影响

摘  要: 应用植物叶片膜透性的测定方法研究了外施单宁酸溶液,对紫花苜蓿幼苗膜透性的影响,结果表明:随着低温处理时间的延长,不同浓度的单宁酸处理的苜蓿叶片膜透性都有所增加,但增加速率不同,为:V0>V0.25>V0.5>V1;经浓度为0.5%,1%的单宁酸溶液处理过的苜蓿幼苗,其膜透性均明显高于未经单宁酸溶液处理的苜蓿幼苗(P<0.01);经浓度为0.25%的单宁酸处理过的苜蓿幼苗,其膜透性变化在低温处理时间为0 h,2 h和4 h差异不显著,但在处理6 h的时候差异性显著(P<0.05);随着单宁酸溶液浓度的增加,每个处理时间上苜蓿幼苗的膜透性逐渐减小,保护性作用逐渐加强。此研究结果为单宁酸溶液能提高苜蓿抗寒性,减轻低温伤害提供有效的理论依据。 The effects of tannin acid on cold resistance of Medicago sativa was studied in this paper. The result showed as following: With the prolong of the low temperature treatment, all of the permeability of plasma membrane of Medicago sativa with the tannin acid of different concentration increase, but the velocity was different, V_(0)>V_(0.25)>V_(0.5)>V_(1;) The permeability of plasma membrane of Medicago sativa with the treatment of tannin acid of which concentration is 0.5% and 1% was distinctly higher than the contrast (P<0.01); The difference of the permeability of plasma membrane of Medicago sativa which was treated with the 0.25% tannin acid is not notable at the treatment time of 0h、2h and 4h,while it is notable at thetime of 6h(P<0.05); The permeability of plasma membrane of Medicago sativa gradually decrease and the effect of protection gradually increase with the increase of tannin acid concentration. The research results put forward the theory about tannin acid which can improve the cold resistance and relieve the cold hurt of Medicago sativa.
