摘　　要： 观光休闲农业是以农业为基础, 农业和旅游业相结合的一项新型交叉型产业。湖南在开发观光休闲农业时要与农业结构调整相结合, 突出地域特色, 走可持续发展之路; 开发多种形式的观光休闲农业旅游项目,以满足游客的需求。 Tourism agriculture is a new intersectional industry, which is based on agriculture, that combines agriculture with tourism. When tourism agriculture is exploited in Hunan, it is suggested that it should combine with the adjustment of agricultural structure, the features of local region should be standed out, it must develop sustainable, kinds of tourism agriculture products should be put forward to meet the need of the tourism market.
