摘 要: 本文研究了基于半导体光放大器交叉增益调制(XGM -SOA)效应的波长转换器在WDM/OTDM混合光网络节点数据格式转换中的应用。利用通用的分段动态模型,模拟了速率为10Gbit/s两信道波分复用信号的时分复用和经色散移位光纤传输及色散补偿后的时分复用信号的解复用。转换后信号变换宽度宽,消光比性能好。模拟结果为系统设计和混合光网络交换节点信息处理提供了理论依据。 In this paper,a numerical simulation on two-channel 10Gbit/s data form conversions and re-conversions between WDM and TDM by multi-section dynamic modeling is discussed.Where dispersion caused by DSF and dispersion compensation using DCF are considered.The converted signal has wide range bandwidth and good extinction ratio.Numerical results provide the theoretical basis for system design and signal processing at switching nodes in hybrid network.
