摘　　要： 概述了有机农业的发展,从我国南方农垦企业的产业现状出发,提出了南方农垦企业发展有机农业面临的机遇和挑战,并对发展有机农业的制约因素(认证机构、程序、市场、信息等)作了诊断。 Organic farming has been an unceasing trend in the global agricultural development as a result of people's increasing environmental awareness and cares for a good living. It is highly important for China's Land Reclamation enterprises to enhance competitiveness and sustainability by utilizing its own favorable resources to develop organic farming. This article summarizes the development of organic farming, identifies the opportunities and challenges for south China Land Reclamation enterprises to develop organic farming by analyzing their present status and industrial development, and diagnoses the limiting factors of identification,process,market and information for organic farming development.
