摘　　要： 大学图书馆的网络化程度将进一步提高,馆藏也将快速增长,工作重心也将逐步转移。这给 大学图书馆和书商的合作创造了良好的外部条件。大学图书馆与书商的合作应吸收国外的先进经验,深入 挖掘合作内容的价值。 The electric network degree in university library shall be lifted further, the collection increase fast,also the work core shall transfer gradually.This produces the well external term to the university library to work together with the bookman. The well-developed experience of foreign countries ought to be sucked up in the cooperation between university library and bookman, and the cooperative substance value should be thoroughly unearthed.
