静态双水相系统分散相液滴上升速率的数学模拟

摘  要: 对静态环境中双水相系统相分离过程的恒速阶段进行了适当的模型假设,并采用机理分析方法建立了分散相液滴上升速率模型.实验测定了11种不同PEG(聚乙二醇) /磷酸盐双水相系统的上下相密度差、粘度和相比等参数,根据相分离过程分散相体积变化的相关实验数据,求取了不同组成双水相体系分散相液滴的上升速率,进而用系统辨识方法确定了模型参数,得到了双水相系统相分离过程分散相液滴最大上升速率的数学模型. First, the constant-speed stage during the phase separation of aqueous two-phase system in static circumstance was properly hypothesized, and the framework of the rising rate model for dispersed phase droplets was established via mechanical analytical method. Next, the density difference between the bottom and the top phases, the viscosity and the phase ratio of two phases of 11 different PEG/phosphate aqueous two-phase systems were determined. Then, according to the volume variation of the dispersed phase measured by experiments, the rising rates of dispersed phase droplets in different systems were obtained. The model parameters were finally decided by means of the system identification. Thus, a mathematical model of the maximum rising rate of dispersed phase droplets during the phase separation of aqueous two-phase system was established.
