摘　　要： 广东省生物种质资源数据库管理平台是集成数据库技术和网络技术构建的基于B/S结构的生物种质资源数据标准化及管理平台 ,该平台为广东省的生物种质资源收集、评价、利用和研究提供一套运行于局域网和互联网的生物种质资源数据管理与分析系统软件 ,并已投入到广东省 2 2个种质资源保存、研究单位使用 ,建立了 42个物种种质资源数据库管理系统 ,对种质资源数据进行统一、规范的管理 ,实现种质资源数据库共建。 Guangdong biologic species resources database management platform is a B/S application for the biological species resources (BSR) data standardization and management. The main functions focus on the BSR data management and analysis. The platform has been adopted by 22 professional institutes in the field of BSR data storage and research. Forty-two BSR database management system have been developed and deployed. The BSR data can now be managed with the unified and canonical method, and be easily shared in the community.
