摘 要: 用30mmol/L的CaCl2预处理番木瓜(CaricapapayaL.)幼苗,结果表明,钙预处理能有效减缓番木瓜幼苗因酸雨胁迫引起的光合速率、叶绿素含量的下降,增加超氧歧化酶(SOD)活性,减少膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量,降低细胞质膜透性,维持细胞汁液pH值稳定性,减轻酸雨对番木瓜幼苗的酸致损伤. The protective effect of calcium on papaya (Carica papayaL.)seedlings stressed by simulated acid rain was studied. When papaya seedlings were sprayed with 30 mmol/L CaCl_2 twice (once every 24 h), the damage to papaya seedlings caused by acid rain at pH 3.0 was reduced. Further studies showed that CaCl_2 could raise photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and Ca^(2+) content, increas SOD activity, decreas MDA content, reduced cell membrane permeability maintain the stability of cytosol pH value of papaya seedlings.
