摘　　要： 哲学家波普在分析了逻辑解释和主观解释的基础上 ,提出了倾向解释。本文分析了概率倾向解释提出的背景 ,简述了倾向解释的内容 。 What is the base of probability? Some philosophers gave difference ans wers. By analyzing the difficulties of logic and subjective interpretations, Kar l Popper gave a propensity interpretation. The paper analyses the background of propensity interpretation and outlines propensity interpretation'content and sig nificance.
