摘　　要： 文章分析了欺诈例外原则的产生及其在美国、英国的立法和司法实践,重点探讨了欺诈例外原则适用中的几个具体问题,并认为我国应尽快完善欺诈例外原则的相关立法。 This paper study the origin of fraud exception doctrine and its application in the American and Britain legal system, further emphases are placed on the practical application of fraud exception in detail, and suggests that China should establish relevant laws based on the fraud exception doctrine as matter of urgency.
