摘　　要： 阳朔县RBD用地规划调整主要根据旅游市场和旅游产品规划进行。用地规划调整采取以下措施:将现状9大类用地类型改为7大类,取消与旅游无关的工业用地和对外交通用地;减少行政办公用地面积;在桂花街以北地块上增加国际文化交流中心用地;在蟠桃路和西街交汇处增加外事停车场用地;恢复水面用地;增加文物古迹用地;增加广场用地;减少市场用地、医疗卫生用地和其它用地的面积。 Adjustment of planning of land utilization for RBD in Yangshuo is made on the basis of plan- ning of the tourist markets and tourist products.The following measures are taken in adjustment of plan- ning of land utilization:reduce the categories of land from 9 to 7,canceling land for industrial purposes that has nothing to do with tourism and land for traffic;reduce the land for administration purpose; leave a piece of land for the construction of the International Cultural Exchange Center to the north of Guihua Street;leave a piece of land at the junc- tion of Fantao Road and Xijie Street for construction of a parking area for foreign affairs purpose;re- store the water surface area;increase the land area for cultural relics;increase the land area for the square;reduce the land area for the market places, medical purpose and other purposes.
