摘  要: 研究了Na_2 CO_3-柠檬酸系发泡剂在制取废纸 -淀粉包装缓冲材料中的应用。Na_2 CO_3作为淀粉的糊化剂和后来的发泡剂。废纸和淀粉糊混合后 ,先后加入柠檬酸和硼砂 ,分别作为Na_2 CO_3的反应剂和淀粉的交联剂。各种物料的质量比 (对淀粉 )为∶m(废纸 )∶m(淀粉 )∶m(碳酸钠 )∶m(柠檬酸 )∶m(硼砂 )∶m(水 )为 2 .0∶1.0∶0 .32∶0 .4 5∶0 .1∶10 .0。发泡的适宜工艺条件为 :纸屑纸毛质量比1∶2 ,发泡温度 130℃ ,发泡时间 7h。所得包装缓冲材料的孔隙率可达 87.2 3%。 The application of sodium carbonate and citric acid blowing system in preparation of wastepaper and starch packing buffer material was investigated. Sodium carbonate is functioned as the pasting agent of starch and the blowing agent of the foaming product. After the wastepaper and starch are mixed, the citric acid and borax are added in turn. They are used respectively as the reactant of the sodium carbonate and the cross—linking agent of the starch. The proportion of the wastepaper, starch, sodium carbonate, citric acid, borax, and water that based on the total weight are 14.42%, 7 21%, 2.31%, 3.24%, 0.72% and 72.1%, respectively. The suitable foaming process is reached at a mass ratio of 1∶2 for scrap paper and lint at the blowing temperature of 130 ℃ for 7 hours. The hole rate of packing buffer material can reach as much as 87.23 percent.
