摘　　要： “非典”目前已受到全国乃至全世界的普遍关注,“非典”疫情报告引出的政府信息公开问题也成为人们讨论的焦点。政府信息公开是依法行政、高效行政的必然要求。因此,我国急需对此进行立法,以更好地应对各种突发事件。 Presently,our government even the world society is paying a good deal of attention to the SARS.The public also focus their attention on the problem of information open which led by the govern-mental report about epidemic diseases.Information open is necessity of administrating legally and effectively.So,to our country,this kind of legislation is urgent need to deal with various of events that come all of a sudden.
