摘　　要： 城市商业街因汇集了众多层次全面的中心服务功能和比较灵活的市场反应能力,体现出强大的生命力。本文试图探索在深层次的中心城区商业街建设中,突破形式上的规划整治,充分利用城市资源,有效展现城市公共空间场所的特色魅力,从而提出了相应的规划设计框架和规划理念,以期对我国城市中心地区的商业街规划建设有所借鉴。 Urban commercial streets have strong life force because of the collection of variety center service functions and relative market reactions. Based on the study of the deep-seated renovation planning of center district commercial streets should make a breakthrough, and make the most use of the city's resources to embody the urban public space fascinations,this article tries to construct a efficient design framework to be a paradigm for the other center commercial streets in our country.
