微乳液法制备钴蓝云母珠光颜料
PREPARATION OF COBALT BLUE MICA PEARLESCENT PIGMENT BY MICROEMULSION SYSTEM

摘  要: 将Co2+和Al3+分别溶于油酸/正丁醇/碳酸钠水溶液和油酸/正丁醇/氢氧化钠水溶液制成微乳液,再将2种微乳液混合,反应生成纳 米钴蓝前驱体。将反应液加入装有水充分润湿云母的反应器中,边加入边搅拌反应30min,然后将反应产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、煅烧,得到钴蓝 云母珠光颜料。X射线衍射分析结果表明:所制得的颜料为尖晶石型CoAl2O4。扫描电镜观察表明:钴蓝颗粒的粒径为10~30nm,呈球形, 均匀、致密地包覆于云母基质表面。能谱分析测得钴在颜料中的质量分数为3.16%,与实际加入量相比,其包覆效率达99%。研究了微乳液 的pH值、Co2+与Al3+的摩尔比、Co的包覆率等对颜料颜色的影响。 Nano-cobalt blue precursor was prepared by mixing two types of microemulsion solutions of oleic acid/butanol/sodium carbonate solution and oleic acid/butanol/sodium hydroxide solution for reaction, into which Co2+ and Al3+ were solubilized respectively. The reaction solution was added to the reactor which was loaded with some mica damped by water, churning up while adding reaction fluid and keeping reaction for 30 min. Then after filtering, washing, drying and calcining of the reacted products, cobalt blue mica nacreous pigment was obtained. Results of X-ray diffraction show that particles on the surface of mica are of spinel CoAl2O4. The analysis results of scanning electron microscope indicate that the particle size of cobalt blue is 10-30 nm and in spherical shape, and the particles are coated on the surface of the mica base evenly and compactly. The analysis results of energy dispersive spectrometer show that the mass fraction of Co on the surface is 3.16%, and the coating efficiency is about 99% compared to adding amount of Co. The influence of pH value in the reacting solution, the molar ratio between Co2+ and Al3+, the coating rate of Co on color of pigment are discussed.
