摘　　要： 体育教学设计是提高体育教学效果的重要环节。体育教学设计应树立系统思想 ,做到体育教育思想目标化 ,体育教学目标过程化 ,体育教学过程方法化。并要通过体育教学设计与体育教学实践的高度协同来充分体现体育教学的价值。 Design and practice for P.E teaching is the important link to improve the effect of P.E teaching. The P.E teaching must set up systematic thought, make the ideological of P.E teaching become a goal, make the goal of P.E teaching become a course, and make the course of P.E teaching become a method. And by the cooperate of P.E teaching design and practice to embody the P.E teaching value fully.
