摘　　要： 近几年来,企业员工流失问题一直困扰着企业管理者。企业员工流失有很多因素,利用可拓学的理论与方法,从员工满意度入手,对企业员工流失问题进行可拓分析。 In recent years, the problem of employee turnover puzzles managers. There are many reasons for it. Aiming at the satisfaction degree of employees, this paper presents an extension analysis of the problem based upon the theory and methods of Extenics.
