摘　　要： 清代台湾少数民族特有的酒文化现象 ,不仅彰显了其浓厚的文化习俗特色 ,显示出其社会经济发展水平的相对低下 ,同时也反映了移民与少数民族经济文化交流的频繁 ,从一个侧面印证了汉番共同开发台湾的历史业绩。 The particular phenomenon of alcohol culture of ethnics in Taiwan during the Qing Dynasty not only displays its thick characteristics of culture and customs,which shows its comparatively low level of social economic development,but also reflects frequency of economic and cultural communication between immigrants and local ethnics,which confirms historical achievement of developing Taiwan by the Hans and local ethnics together.
