摘　　要： 对ERP原理以及开发ERP系统的一些关键技术进行了研究 .针对企业生产实际 ,提出了ERP系统总体设计方案 ,划分了ERP系统的功能模块 ,给出ERP各子系统数据流程图 。 In this paper, ERP principles and some key techniques are discussed in the first place. And then the overall scheme for ERP system is brought forward according to the actual conditions of Eastern Boiler Company. All of the function modules of ERP system are built and the relations among subsystems data stream are depicted. At last, the ERP system based on web is completed.
