摘　　要： 高校图书馆通过开设“文献检索与利用’课来培养大学生情报意识和文献检索能力,使其具有查找、研究、利用文献的能力,馆员在为读者服务过程中要加。强“以人为本”,的教育作用。 Through the course-Search and Using of Documents,the college libraries cultivate college students in their information conciousness and the ability of searching do cuments.The course make the studerts obtain the ability of searehing,researching and using the docurnents.The librarians should strengthen the idea of'Putting the homan being at the first place'in their serovces.
