摘 要: 利用水蒸气蒸馏,乙醚萃取法提取新鲜荔枝核、荔枝膜中的挥发油,并用GC MS 计算机联用技术分别鉴定了其中43种和52种化学成分,结果表明荔枝核与荔枝膜挥发油成分主要为醇、醛、醚、脂肪酸、脂肪酸脂及含氧萜类化合物。 The essential oils in the seed and the membrane of Litchi chinensis Sonn were distilled with water vapor and then extracted with ether. The chemical constituents in the essential oils were analyzed by GC/MS. Forty-three and fifty-two compounds in the essentials oils from the seed and the membrane respectively were identified. The main components are alcohols, aldehydes, ketons, fatty acids, aliphatic esters and terpenes.
