摘 要: 中厚板控制冷却时钢板的长度方向温度不均,冷却过程加剧了钢板纵向的温度不均匀性。采用钢板微跟踪控制可以减小或消除钢板纵向的温度不均。本文结合中厚板生产实际,采用二级计算机系统实现了钢板冷却过程的微跟踪控制。通过采用微跟踪控制,将钢板的纵向温差控制在±15℃以内。 Uneven temperature already existed in plate lengthwise direction before cooling, and the uneven temperature tendency was aggravated after it cooled. Plate micro-tracking control can reduce or cancel the temperature deviation. Combined with plate production, two levels computer control system was used to realize micro-tracking control. By adopting micro-tracking control, temperature deviation between plate head and tail is less than 15 ℃.
