摘　　要： 土地利用社会效益是指土地利用对社会需求的满足程度及产生的政治和社会影响 ,包括为实现社会发展目标和国民经济增长的贡献和影响程度。鉴于农地与“三农”问题的特殊关系 ,农地利用社会效益反映的核心内容就是以“三农”问题为切入点 ,构建包括农业可持续发展、农村社会协调发展和农民发展三方面的评价指标体系 ,并在此基础上提出定性 (德尔菲法 )和定量 (AHP法 )相结合的综合评价方法 ,应用于河北省曲周县 1996～ 2 0 0 2年 4个年际纵向对比 ,揭示出其社会效益的演化。 The social benefit of land utilization is defined as the degree of satisfaction of social requirement and the influence on the policy and society, including the degree of contribution to the social development and the national economy increment. As to the special relationship between farmland and the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers, the core of social benefit of farmland utilization is to construct an evaluating index system involving the sustainable development of agriculture, the social harmonious development of countryside and the development of peasantry. A general evaluation method integrated by qualitative (the Delphi method) and quantitative analysis (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is put forward on the above basis, and finally this method is applied to contrast lengthways from 1996 to 2002 in Quzhou County, Hebei Province and reveal the evolvement law of social benefit.
