摘 要: 研究了一套超声—间隙脉冲放电复合加工机床伺服机构的模糊自适应控制系统。重点研究应用模糊自适应控制方法控制步进电机伺服机构,实现快速运行和精确定位两种控制要求。根据位置误差的大小对步进电机采用两种控制规律进行控制,使加工更高效。对此作的计算机仿真表明该控制系统达到使用要求。 This article develops a Numerical Control System of The the EDM combined with ultrasonic machining. The fuzzy control method of servomechanism of stepping motor is researched. This method can control a servomechanism to run under two modes: run quickly or run slowly to position. It depends on the error of position and then controls stepping motor with two kinds of control principle. So the machining is more efficient. And then an emulating by computer has done to prove that the system works efficiently.
