摘　　要： 民事权利能力作为一个重要的民事能力,在民法总论诸制度中具有很高的重要性,它直接关系到民事主体资格的有无,也直接影响到民事权利的享有与否。文章试图对于几个自然人的涉民事权利能力问题加以探讨,以期澄清一些理论上的误区,并检讨传统理论中的不足。 As an important component of general provision, regulations on civil capacity of right are essential to the whole system. This article tries to explore the relationship between civil capacity of right and moral quality so that it can clarify some misunderstandings and criticize the traditional theory on this area.
