摘　　要： 学校的生存与发展,取决于适应市场经济的程度,取决于人才被社会接受的程度。该文对在综合大学格局下,借助学科优势,培养具有双重知识结构的医学人才,进行了探讨。 Medical education faces grim challenges in the 21st century.The development and prospect of institutions of higher education is determined to a great extent by the market economy.This paper makes a probe into the training of interdisciplinary medical personnel with a particular insight into the advantage of varieties of subjects offered by the comprehensive universities.
