摘　　要： 介绍了 XML 以及基于 XML 的 3层 C/ S模型 ,分析了传统 Web信息发布的缺点以及 XML 技术用于实现 Web信息发布的优点 .提出了应用 XML 技术实现 Web信息发布的方法 ,给出了利用 XML 实现彩票发布系统的模型 ,并通过彩票发布实例展示了基于 XML 的 Web信息发布的 J2 EE具体实现 . This paper introduces XML and three layers of Client/Server model, presents the method concerns about the implement of Web information publication by XML technology, analyses disadvantages of traditional Web information publication and advantages of it by XML technology. The paper gives a model that realizes lottery publication system by XML and an instance of lottery publication showing that J2EE realizes Web information publication based on XML.
