摘　　要： 介绍了国内外大功率超声波焊接加工系统的研究发展现状,分析了在该领域技术和各种方案的特点。提出我国实现超声波焊接系统和超声波焊接加工技术的设想方案。 The current research and development situations of soldering systems with high power ultrasonic in China and abroad were summarized, and attributes in the technology and scheme of this field were analyzed. Based on this analysis, suggestions were offered on the future researches and developments in soldering systems and soldering fabrication technology with high power ultrasonic in China.
