摘 要: 本文将模糊数学中的综合评判法、层次分析法中的两两比较法、数学统计中的正态性检验与异常值处理方法以及心理学中的费希纳定理等有机地结合起来,建立了高等院校中层干部考核的数学模型;有效地解决了考核中普遍出现而又难以解决的几个问题。 This paper develops a mathematical model for assessing middle-level cadres in colleges and universities.The model combines the following theories consistently:the method of multi-factorial evaluation,the method of pairwise comparison in Analytic Hierarchy Procccess,the method of detection and handling of outlying observations in Mathematical Statistics, Fechner Law in Experimential Psychology and so on. It is helpful for solving some common and complex problems occured, for example, in the assessment of middle level cadres in colleges and universities.
