摘　　要： 基于当前对建筑节能设计的一般认识,提出了建筑节能设计的新观念。根据这一新观念,从系统工程的角度对建筑节能优化设计问题进行了描述,指出了实现建筑节能优化设计要解决的2个关键问题,并针对我国实际对建筑节能优化设计方法的实际应用进行了讨论。最后结合深圳某公寓进行了建筑节能优化设计的实例研究。 The new ideas about the design of low energy building are proposed. Based on these new ideas the optimizing design issue of energy-saving building is described from the point view of system engineering. Two key issues are identified about the optimizing design. According to the practice in our country, the application of optimizing design method for energy-saving buildings is discussed and a case study is introduced.
