摘　　要： 近年来 ,随着职业技术教育的兴起 ,人们对职业技术师范教育越来越重视。本文试从高等职业技术师范院校的“三性”入手 ,即复合性、实践性、社会性 ,论述如何建设有职师院校特点的校园文化 ,使其更好地为职师院校培养目标服务。 In the recent years, the arising of the professional technology education gives rise to value the professional technology teacher-training education. This arti cle discusses how to establish college culture with professional technology t eacher-training colleges features in “three characters” that is compound char acter, practical character and social character, which can further serve for the developing goals of the colleges.
