摘 要: 革胡子鲇鼻粘膜毁损后,对亚致死的水污染物DDT、硫酸铜、苯酚、LAS。等表现出回避行为。当鱼的上颌须被切除后,回避反应几乎消失。用水污染物灌流上颌须,亦无反应信号。水污染物早期降低了上颌须味蕾对味觉刺激物的相对反应强度。但对味觉器官的组织结构无明显损伤。苯酚对味觉反应有先增强后减弱的现象。因此认为,水污染物的作用,与味觉感受器的突触有关。 The overt avoidance responses to subiethal levels of the aquatic pollutants DDT,copper sulfate,phenols and LAS are shown in walking catfish although their olfactory organs have been cauterized.The behavioral reactions are essentially abolished after ablation of the fisy’maxillary barbel. But there are no electrical responses in recording from the afferent nerve while the barbel is perfused with the pollutants. In the light of recording of the afferent nerve impulses to a standard stimulant,carly and sublethal physiological responses of walking catfish to the pollutants are mainly manifested by the impairment of vital gustatory functions. The relative integrating values of nerve impulses decline,Meanwhile,the histomorphological construction of the taste organ is not destroyed obviously. Tests with phenol show that the normal gustatory responses are augumented at an early stage and inhibited thereafter.It is, therefore,suggested that the aquatic pollut nts affect the synapse of the taste receptor.
