摘 要: 三组(12只)成年奶山羊分别以每周一次口服不同剂量的亚硒酸钠,历时7周,测定其血液与组织硒的动态变化与分布状态,探讨硒含量变化的诊断价值。结果表明,血液硒含量与服硒总量呈正相关,动物起病、中毒和致死效应阶段的临界值分别为:0.4,0.6和1.6μg·mL ̄(-1);中毒羊组织硒含量依次为肝脏、肾脏、肺脏、脾脏、心脏和大脑,对照羊依次为肾脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、大脑和心脏;血液与组织硒含量变化可作为奶山羊硒中毒病的诊断指标。 Three groups of adult milk goats were orally administrated with differentdoses of sodium selenite weekly for seven weeks. The dynamic changes in the blood se-lenium and the distributional states of the tissue selenium were determined. The diag-nostic values of changes in selenium concentration were discussed.The results showedthat the boold selenium concentrations were in the positive correlation with the totalamount of selenium administrated:the limits of the blood selenium levels were corre-spondingly 0.4.0.6 and 1.6μg·mL ̄(-1) at the pathoformic,poisoning and lethal phases.The order of selenium concentrations of the tissues was liver,kidneys,lungs,spleenmyocardium and brain in the intoxicated goats. In the control of goats,the order waskidneys,liver,spleen,lungs,brain and myocardium. The changes in the selenium con-centrations of the blood and tissues can be used as the dignostic standard of seleniumpoisoning in the milk goats.
