摘 要: 阐述了在高压汽水试验回路上进行的600MW超临界直流锅炉汽水分离器模型,在锅炉实际启动过程中介质对筒壁瞬态传热试验研究,试验参数范围为P=3~11MPa,质量流量M=0.2~0.35kg/s,干度x=0.2~0.8.在此参数范围内通过试验研究,由导热反问题方法根据试验数据拟合出动态过程中介质对分离器模型内壁的放热系数关联式,并按模化理论推广到实际设备,为计算动态过程中汽水分离器热应力和优化启动程序提供了重要依据。 The paper describes the experiments which were made to obtain the heat transfer coeffi-cients between working fluid and inner wall of 600MW supercritical pressure boiler′s water separator model.The test conditions are as follows : pressure p=3~11MPa , mass flow rate M=0.2~0.35kg/s,and steam mass quality x=0.2~0.8. By using inverse heat conduction method,the correlations of single-phase and two-phase transient heat transfer coefficients are obtained.
