摘 要: 研制的超声波防除积垢装置,对黑液蒸发系统积垢的防止和去除效果显著,提高系统蒸发强度38.08%,经济效益明显。研究通过超声波对形成CaCO3晶体形状和大小的影响,分析超声波防除积垢的机理。 The ultrasonic apparatus designed can prevent scale from coming into being remarkably in black liqour evaporation system,increase the evaporation rate of evaporation system by 38.08% and reduce cost markedly. The inhibiting mechanism of ultrasonic is discussed by analyzing the shapes and sizes of calcium carbonate under ultrasonic.
