摘 要: 对成份为Cu-11.9Al-5Ni-1.6Mn-1Ti(质量百分比)的CANTiM形状记忆合金固溶后水淬及水淬后再经不同温度2h时效处理的试样的精细结构进行了电镜观察。其结果表明:淬火态试样中马氏体为M18R_1型。马氏体基体中分布有尺寸较大的X_L相和尺寸较小、与基体半共格的X_5相。X_L相中还弥散地分布着另一种尺寸约为20nm左右的析出相。在随后的时效过程中,以上的各X相依然存在,而马氏体则经历了从M18R_1→N18R_1→无序N9R的无序化过程。随着时效温度的升高,残余母相增多,有序畴的尺寸增大。在经623K,2h时效处理的试样中还观察到有贝氏体析出。 CANTiM alloy with the composition of Cu-11. 9Al-5Ni-l. 6Mn-1Ti(mass%) was solution-treated and then cold water quenched. Some of these specimens were aged sub-sequently at different temperatures for 2hrs. Fine structures of these spcimens were studied using transmission electron microscopy. In the as-quenched specimen M18R1 martensite and X-phase particles with L21 type structure were observed. The small X.-phase precipitates are distributed semi-coherently with the matrix showing a strong strain field around them. Many fine precipitates of nearly 20 nm in diameter are distributed inside the large XL-phase parti-cles. In the aged specimens,all these X-phases are observed. With the increase of the aging temperature,directly quenched M18R1 martensites undergo the following rearrangement pro-cedure:M18R1→N18R-1→disordered N9R while the amount of the retained parent phase and the size of the antiphase domains increase. In specimens aged at 623 K for 2 h,bainite precipi-tates were observed.
