摘 要: 有关“手”的词语在英、汉语言中占有十分重要的位置。利用认知手段(转喻、隐喻)对共时语义范畴“手”词汇进行分析,并借助意象图示理论探究语言发展的理据性。通过分析和研究“手”词语的历时发展过程及其内部认知机制,揭示和“手”词汇的发展过程体现人类对客观世界构拟的相似性。 Hand” phrases play an important part both in Chinese and in English. This essay is based on the cognitive devices of metaphor and metonymy to categorize the synchronic semantic of “Hand”, and by the means of image schema, to exploit the motivation of language development. Through the analysis and the study of the diachronic evolution and its inner cognitive mechanism related with the corpus of “Hand” to embody the cognitive categorization of the similarities and the diversities of the objective world.
