摘　　要： 金融产业作为一个集合性经济组织和系统,涵盖了银行业、证券业、信托业、保险业、基金业等五大行业,以及其他未包括在内的金融组织,如典当、金融租赁、财务公司等,以金融组织、金融商品、金融工具、金融制度、金融市场、金融中心等要素作为产业内容。金融产业的形成是在市场经济体制下,历史积淀与现实需求共同作用的结果。稳定的政治局势、适合的区域条件、坚实的宏观经济基础、市场与政策的双重驱动、持续创新的制度安排、丰富的人力资源等构成金融产业成长的基本因素。 As an economic organization and system with the nature of assembly, finance industry covers five trades: banks, securities, trusts, insurance and funds,and other financial organizations such as pawning,finance lease and financial companies and so on, the industrial contents of which are financial organizations, financial goods, financial tools, financial system, financial markets and financial centers and so on. Finance industry is the joint outcome of historical accumulations and objective demands, formed in market economy. The following elements influence the growing of finance industry: the stable political situation, the suitable regional conditions, the strong economic basis, the joint promote of market and policy, the developing system and abundant human resource.
