摘　　要： 在知识经济时代,高校图书馆要适应外部环境的迅猛变化,必须在其内部积极创建学习型组织。介绍了学习型图书馆的概念,论述了创建学习型图书馆的必要性,提出了学习型图书馆的构建方法。 In the times of knowledge -based econ omy,the university library,which wants to adapt the rapid variation of the external environment,must establish learning -type organize within the library itself.This paper in troduces the concept of the learning -type library,discusses on the necessity of esta blishing the learning -type library,and puts for-ward some methods for constructing t he learning -type university library.
