摘 要: 分析在热轧低碳含锰钢板上观察到的表面带状组织,讨论了带状组织形成的原因和预防方法.实验测定了厚度为8mm与5mm热轧钢板冷弯时表面的局部相对伸长,通过实验结果说明表面带状组织是导致钢板出现冷弯裂纹的主要原因之一.提出了防止带状组织生成、避免冷弯裂纹的方法要点. Superficial banded structure was observed on hot strips of low carbon steel. The formation mechanism of the banded structure was discussed and some measures were proposed to minimize the superficial flows. Experiments were carried out on the surface local elongation of cold bending specimens with 8 mm and 5 mm in thickness respectively. The results indicated that the bending flaws of thick strips arise mainly from the existing of the superficial banded structure.
