摘 要: 研究了由大规模测量数据直接生成无干涉刀具路径的方法。由激光测量得到大规模测点数据,首先对原始数据 进行预处理,建立三角化模型,然后通过点、线、面的干涉处理得到无干涉刀位点,最后生成无干涉刀具路径。 A algorithms was presented,through which a three-axis NC tool-path can be directly generated from massive data points.At the beginning,a triangle model was established from the pretreated data.Next,interference-free cutter location points were obtained by interference avoidance.At last,interference-free tool-path was generated.
