摘 要: 根据实验观察,对高速切削条件下工件表面微观形貌形成过程进行了分析,对其特征进行了研究,结果表明:切削过程中的进给运动和高温对已加工表面形貌的形成起着至关重要的影响作用. This paper is based on experimental observation. The forming process of the work pieces surface microscopic morphologies under the conditions of the high-speed cutting is analyzed and their characteristics are studied. The results show that feed movements and high temperatures in the course of cutting have significant effect on the forming of machined surface profiles.
