摘　　要： 分析目前国省道建设管理办法的不足之处与原因,尝试提出一整套改革现行办法的具体方向和措施,有助于提高国省道公路建设管理水平,促进骨干公路网络的形成,发挥公路的综合效益。 Analyzing the reasons and disadvantage of managing methods for national and provincial highway construction at present,a new set of direction and measures for reformation was provided in detail. It is helpful to improve the managing level of national and provincial highway construction,promote the formation of skeleton highway net,and bring the general efficiency into play.
