摘　　要： 通过文献资料法、理论分析法、逻辑推理法,对当前中小学学生体育伤害事故的现状及问题、学校学生法律关系辨析,学校体育活动与学生特殊的法律关系、学校体育伤害事故的归责问题以及学校体育伤害事故赔偿责任的社会化进行研究分析,为清楚、理性地认识分析中小学学生体育伤害事故及责任归结问题提供理论基础和法律分析的可能。 In this paper, the author analyzed the situation of harmful accident in school physical activity, the relations of student and law in school, the special law relations between physical activity and students, the responsibility of harm accident in school physical education, and the socialization of compensation in the harm accident in primary and middle school. The results provided the probability for us to clearly analyze the hurt accident and responsibility attribution.
