摘 要: 以美国EPA方法为基础,对居民室内外空气中PM2.5上多环芳烃(PAHs)进行了测定.以GC/MS为检测手段,采用选择性离子检测技术(SIM)进行定性,内标法结合响应因子法进行定量.结果表明,PAHs的指示物回收率分别是(45.70±12.87)%(萘 D8),(70.12±9.17)%(二氢苊 D10),(79.26±7.4)%(菲 D10),(91.10±7.65)%( D12)和(102.63±8.85)%( D12),目标化合物的回收率为49.79%~107.68%,方法检测限为0.0109~0.1850ng. Based on the American EPA methods, the indoor and outdoor airborne PM 2.5-related PAHs were quantitatively analyzed. Selected ion monitoring (SIM) technique was used for quantitative analysis of PAHs, while response factor method combined with internal standard method was used to quantify these compounds. The recoveries of PAH surrogates were (45.70±12.87)%, (70.12±9.17)%, (79.26±7.24)%, (91.10±7.65)%, and (102.63±(8.85))% for Naphthalene-D8, Acenaphthene-D10, Phenanthrene-D10, Chrysene-D12, Perylene-D12, respectively, while the recovery of the target compounds of PAHs was in the range of 49.79%-107.68%. The detection limit of the method was between 0.0109 and 0.1850 ng.
