摘　　要： 企业的集聚与要素的移动有密切关系,而要素的移动又受到多方面因 素的影响。本文在已有的研究基础上,讨论资本要素在垄断竞争、报酬递增及交易 成本条件下的移动与企业集聚形成的关系。我们发现,不同的交易成本水平,决定 资本报酬差异从而决定资本移动和企业集聚的关键因素是不同的;本文还引入了影 响交易成本的两个新概念"融化系数"和"广义距离",并从这两个概念出发,对 地区、企业之间文化、习俗、制度等方面的差异对企业集聚的影响展开了讨论。 Industrial clustering is highly related to mobility of productive factors which is affected with many elements. This paper, based on the outcomes of existed researches, approaches the relationship between mobility of capital and forming of industrial clustering under the conditions of monopolistic competition, increasing returns and transaction costs. Meanwhile the paper introduces two new concepts, one is 'coefficient of melt' and the other is expending 'distance', which affect transaction costs. with the new concepts the paper discusses the effects of industrial clustering.
