摘　　要： 连续式浸冲洗瓶机广泛应用在液体灌装生产线中,用来对新瓶或回收的玻璃瓶进行清洗。进瓶机构是洗瓶机的关键机构,通过探讨进瓶机构的运动要求,总结出设计进瓶机构应满足的条件。借助计算机辅助设计,分析了进瓶运动的平稳性、可靠性。 Washing machine of continuous soaking and rushing is utilized widely in filling for liquid production line, it is always used to wash new or returned glass bottles. The mechanism of push bottles ahead is a key problem. Through inquiring into its moving principle, the author has designed the conditions that the mechanism should be met. Depending on CAD, analyzes the smoothness of the mechanism movment and reliability. It helps further optimization and design for washing machine.
