摘　　要： 研制的钙交换硅胶（ＳＥＣ）颜料具有无毒、防锈性能优异、生产过程无污染、生产设备简单等特点。阐述了该颜料的合成原理及其操作步骤，并讨论了最佳交换条件的选择。配制了ＳＥＣ醇酸防锈漆，列举了ＳＥＣ颜料及其醇酸防锈漆的性能指标。试验结果表明，ＳＥＣ醇酸漆膜性能优于红丹醇酸防锈漆。 AbstractA developed pigment of silica gel exchanged by cal-cium ion (SEC) is characterized by its non-toxicity ,excellent corrosion resfstance , non-contaminationduring the production process and simple productioneqiupments. The synthesis principle and procedureof the pigment were described ,and its optimum ex-changing condition was studied. The preparation ofSEC alkyd paints ,specifications of the SEC pigmentand antirust SEC alkyd paint were given. It has beenshown by result of testing that the film propertiesof SEC alkyd paint are superior to that of red leadanti-rust alkyd paint.
